Return Policy & Shipping

We stand by the quality of the tools sold on this website and if you have second thoughts about a purchase we are happy to accept returns with the below provisions.

(1) The goods are unopened and unused and in their original condition and packaging.

(2) The goods are returned within 7 working days of delivery to you and you have advised us that a return will occur.

(3) You the purchaser pays the return postage including tracking and signature. Insurance shall be your responsibility

(4) A refund will occur on the same basis that payment was made within 7 days of receiving the goods in good condition into our location Best2hire,  P.O. Box 186 Lutwyche, QLD 4030.

Most Products are shipped from our location with a handling time of 5 days  this is so the product can come from our international distribution Center and all financial transactions can be verified. We then ship nationally via Auspost with normal shipping times to your Postal address( important) without a mail delivery address we cannot do delivery.
